How to leave a Circle?
1. To leave a Circle, go to the "Progress" tab:
2. Then, on the top left corner, tap "Circles" and on "Discover"
3. The Circles you're currently in have a label that says "✓ Joined"
4. Tap on the Circle you'd like to leave > then on the top left corner, tap on the three dots and tap "Leave This Circle"
