There are many approaches you can take to choosing a Journey. Some cover themes that will apply to everyone. Others address more specific needs.
Consider what you’re looking for along your healthy lifestyle path. It’s helpful to ask yourself questions like:
What parts of living a healthy lifestyle are a struggle?
Choose a Journey on a topic you find difficult so you can learn ways to navigate it. For example, if you struggle with emotional eating, try the "Untangle From Cravings Journey".
Of the 4 keystone actions (record food, track exercise, be aware, check weight), which are you more likely to skip?
Choose a Journey to help you develop the habit of doing that action more often. For example, if you rarely exercise, try the "Love of Movement Journey".
Are there specific health goals or issues you’d like to address?
Choose a Journey that addresses that theme. For example, if you are interested in nurturing your gut health, try the "Trust Your Gut Journey".

Everyone’s health journey is unique, so ultimately, the order you choose is up to you. You can only follow one Journey at a time, but you can pause and switch to another at any point.
