Can I use the Fabulous apps without a Premium membership?

Fabulous
Yes! The Fabulous app can be used without a Premium membership for as long as you'd like.
In the Standard Free Version there are many free Journeys, Challenges, and Guided Activities available that don’t require a Fabulous Premium membership.
The Fabulous Premium membership unlocks the app's full content and features, but it's completely optional.

Shape
Unlike Fabulous, the Shape app requires a Premium membership to be used.
Elixir
The newly released Elixir app also requires a Premium membership to be used.
