I can’t access the Premium features

I have been a Premium member before and got disconnected from my subscription


If you are disconnected from Premium on your device, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.



If you subscribed via the Fabulous website:

  1. First, make sure you are logged into the Fabulous app with the same email address used to subscribe. For this, open the app and tap the Profile icon (top of the homepage) > Sign in. If you don't see an option to sign in, then tap on Settings > at the very bottom, Sign out and in again.
  2. Then, tap on Settings > Premium > Restore Purchase, and you should be linked to your subscription again! 



If you subscribed via Google Play Store or Apple App Store: 

  1. First, make sure you log in to the account that was used to purchase the subscription through your Play Store/App Store.
  2. Then, open Fabulous and tap on the Profile icon (top of the homepage) > Settings > Premium > Restore Purchase, and you should be linked to your subscription again!



I'm new to Fabulous and I can't activate my Premium subscription


If you've just subscribed to Fabulous Premium and still cannot activate your Premium membership, then it might be because your in-app Fabulous account hasn’t been created yet. This is necessary to be able to use your subscription in the app.


Please create your account with the same email address used to subscribe, through the following link: https://www.thefabulous.co/sign-up.html, and then attempt to sign in again in the app.
