How to activate my subscription
Activating your subscription is a crucial step to connecting to your Premium subscription in the app, as the purchase and the app will now be linked!
Please note that even if you do not activate your subscription, you'll still need to follow these cancellation steps to stop the subscription from auto-renewing.

There are two ways to activate your subscription:
1. Activate Subscription through Email:
At the time of purchasing, you'll receive an email with the subject "Welcome to [App] Premium: Your Magic Link is included".
Open this email and tap on "Start my Fabulous Premium Journey".
This link will take you to the app and connect you to your Premium subscription! (If you do not have the app, you will be redirected to install it via your device's app store).
2. Activate Subscription through Web Portal:
In case you're not able to locate this email, we've also added the option to activate your subscription through our Web Portal!
To activate your subscription this way:
- Go to our website, https://app.thefabulous.co/login/
- Sign in with the option chosen at the time of creating your subscription (Email, Apple, or Google)
- Choose the app you wish to activate your subscription for
- Once you're in your selected app's account, tap on "Activate Subscription":*
- You'll be redirected to sign in again
- Lastly, you'll get to the following screen:
- Tap on the magic link on your mobile device or tablet to activate your subscription!
* If the "Activate Subscription" button is not available in the web portal, you've already activated your subscription! If you still do not have premium access in the app, please follow the troubleshooting steps in the section below.
Troubleshooting:
1. "I already purchased my subscription, but when I got to the app I have prompts to upgrade"
If you get to the app and have prompts to upgrade, make sure to dismiss these by tapping on the "x" in the upper corner to avoid creating duplicate subscription.
Once you're at the homepage, follow the steps from the section below to connect to your subscription in the app.
2. "I followed the steps shared in the article, but am still not connected to my Premium subscription in the app"
Please go to your Profile > Settings > Premium > and tap on Restore Purchase.
