JOURNEYS:
- To start a new Journey, tap on the Profile icon at the top of the home screen > tap "All Journeys" to see our line-up > pick the one you'd like to do.
CHALLENGES:
- To start a new Challenge, tap on the "Coaching" tab at the bottom of the home screen. > tap "Challenges" to check out our growing library of Challenges > pick the one you'd like to do.
