How to request a copy of my App Data (GDPR)?

To request a copy of your account data, you need to send your request from inside the app.


From the homepage, tap on the profile icon in the upper corner, then tap on "Contact Us" to initiate a request via our chatbot. Once in the chat, select the options "Account, Subscription or Billing" > "Manage my Account" > "Download my app data" and provide us with your email address used in the app.


Once the request is received, an agent will process the request and you will receive a copy of your app backup within 10 days.
