My current journey suggested a habit that I'm not interested in. How to skip it?
If you are not interested in a habit, or feel like the first journey is not for you, feel free to change journeys!
If you are a new user, after a few days of using the app, you'll be able to pick another journey or challenge that better suits your personal goals.
JOURNEYS:
- For the Journeys tap the Profile icon (from the homepage) > then All Journeys > choose the one you'd like to do instead.
CHALLENGES:
- For the Challenges tap on the "Coaching" tab (from the homepage) > "Challenges" > choose one from the available ones.
