How to add Values to my list?

Adding an existing Value:

1. From the homepage of the app, scroll down and tap on "Value Check"

2. Tap on the "+" button

3. Choose the Value from the list and tap on "Add"

Want to create your own custom Value instead?

Then, use the search bar to write the desired name of your custom Value and tap on "Add"

Then, choose the icon of your custom Value, Value duration, the questions and affirmations to yourself and tap on "Create"
