After you download Elixir, you’ll go through an onboarding sequence. During this, you’ll learn about what to expect in the app, and we’ll learn about you and your current experience with values to help you find the most relevant content.

Begin Your First Journey

You’ll start by embarking on your first Journey. Here, you’ll unlock letters, motivators, and more to connect with your core values and create space for them to take root. Complete your Keystone Habits (Value Check and Daily Elixir) to progress through your Journey. 

You’ll weave your values into your life and use them to illuminate the goals along your path.
