• Cancel your subscription

Cancel your subscription:

1. Sign in to your account here.

2. Choose the app that contains the subscription you wish to cancel:

3. Go to Membership Plans and tap on the Cancel Plan button:

4. Continue to cancel until you reach the cancellation confirmation page:

5.  You're done! 

If you'd like to confirm the expiry date of your subscription, tap on "Close" and go back to the Membership Plans tab. 

You'll be able to confirm when the subscription was cancelled and when it will expire (when you'll lose access to Premium).

Change your current plan:

1. Sign in to your account here.

2. Choose the app that contains the plan you wish to change.

3. After signing in to your account, go to Membership Plans and tap on Change Plan.

4. You will then be prompted to a list of available plans below.

Update your payment method:

1. Sign in to your account here.

2. Choose the app that contains the payment method you wish to change.

3. After signing in to your account, go to the Membership Plans tab and tap on Update Payment Method.

4. Tap on Payment Methods:

3. Finally, tap on add new and follow the on screen instructions.

View your invoices:

1. Sign in to your account here.

2. Choose the app that contains the invoice you wish to see.

3. After signing in to your account, go to the Membership Plans tab and tap on View Invoices.

4. Tap on Billing History:

3. Choose the invoice and tap on download on the right to view.
